Set of 6 Gym Motivational Wall Art Frames – 8 × 11 in Photo Tiles

Six motivational gym wall art frames with quotes like "Trust the Process", "No Pain No Gain" and "One More Rep", printed in high resolution on durable MDF wooden board. Hung as a grid of two rows they fill a wall properly, which a single small frame never does.

Key features

• Set of 6 frames – enough to cover a wall in one purchase.
• HD printing – sharp text and deep blacks, not a washed-out poster print.
• Durable MDF board – rigid and light, so the frames do not bend or curl like paper posters.
• No drilling needed – they mount with adhesive, which matters in a rented house.
• 8 × 11 inches each – a practical size for a grid above a bench, desk or bed.
• Made in Pakistan.

Where they work

• Home gym: the obvious one — above the bench or beside a mirror.
• Study room: a focus wall for students preparing for exams.
• Office or shop: behind a desk, where a blank wall otherwise looks unfinished.
• Boys' bedroom: a popular gift, and cheaper than a single large framed print.

Our wall art ideas guide covers hanging heights and how to space a grid so it looks deliberate.

How to arrange them

1. Lay all six on the floor in the arrangement you want — two rows of three is the standard.
2. Keep 2 to 3 inches between frames. Wider gaps make them read as six separate objects.
3. Centre the whole group at about eye level, roughly 57 to 60 inches from the floor.
4. Clean the wall and let it dry fully before sticking, or the adhesive will lift.

What is in the box

• 6 × wall art frames, 8 × 11 inches each

Care

• Dust with a dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning spray on the printed surface.
• Avoid direct sunlight all day, which fades any print over time.
• Keep them off freshly painted walls: paint needs a few weeks to cure before anything is stuck to it.

Colours may vary slightly from the photos due to lighting and screen settings.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to drill holes?
No. They mount with adhesive on a clean, dry wall, which is why they suit rented homes.

What size is each frame?
8 × 11 inches. As a two-by-three grid with small gaps, the set covers roughly 2.5 by 2 feet of wall.

Are these paper posters?
No, they are printed on MDF wooden board, so they stay rigid and do not curl in humidity.

Will they damage the paint?
Remove them slowly and evenly rather than pulling from one corner. On old or flaking emulsion, any adhesive can lift paint.
