Shipping & delivery
- We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days; delivery takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan.
- Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan.
- We accept Cash on Delivery only — pay when your parcel arrives. Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before dispatch.
- If nobody is available at the address, the courier will attempt delivery again or contact you by phone.
Exchange & returns
- Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it free of charge.
- For hygiene reasons, pillows and opened mattress protectors cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- If a return is approved for an order you have already paid for, we refund the amount to your bank account or mobile wallet within 5–7 working days after inspection.
- Colours may vary slightly between screens and the delivered product; this on its own is not treated as a defect.
Privacy policy
What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, so we can deliver your order.
- Account details, if you choose to create an account: your name, email, phone, saved address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
- Messages you send through the contact form.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic browsing activity on this site, used to keep the store secure and to prevent fake orders.
How we use it
- To process, confirm and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To protect the store against spam, fraud and abuse.
- To send you offers, only if you subscribed to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. It is shared only with our courier partners so that your parcel can be delivered, and with the email service that sends your order confirmation. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Keeping it, and removing it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and support. You may ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time by emailing orders@khaash.shop, and we will do so unless we must keep a record for legal reasons.
Children
This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Cookies & advertising
Cookies we set ourselves
- A session cookie that keeps your cart and your sign-in working.
- A visitor cookie used to show how many people are viewing a product and to keep your preferences.
- A cookie recording your choice about the ones below, so we do not ask again.
Third-party advertising
We may show advertising from Google AdSense on the articles in our blog. There is no advertising on product, cart or checkout pages.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's previous visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The store will still work, though some conveniences may be lost.
Advertising cookies are only loaded after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no advertising scripts are loaded.
Terms of use
- Prices and availability. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and may change without notice. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we will contact you and cancel or replace it as you prefer.
- Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where stock has run out, the address is outside our delivery area, or an order appears fraudulent.
- Product photos. We photograph products as accurately as we can. Screens render colours differently, and printed fabric varies slightly between production runs.
- Content. The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Khaash and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
- Liability. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
